Description

An artisan gin distilled in Yorkshire, incorporating some of the finest seasonal botanicals, handmade in a traditional copper alembic still called Minerva.

Yielding just 22 litres with each run – it’s a small but perfectly formed batch. Of course, there’s also that little bit of northern magic which makes this gin truly memorable.

The botanicals used include hand-picked figs and plums, alongside English coriander seeds, combined with just the right amount of juniper to produce a perfect classic gin.
